House w/ fireplace in the mountains near Capivari

Our house was designed by architect Jean Gillon, has 450m² and accommodates up to 13 people in 4 suites and 1 bedroom in the back, in addition to having a gourmet area, solarium and views of the Araucaria Valley.

We are in a quiet area 1km from Capivari, one of the best-known tourist centers in the city, where you can visit parks, restaurants and everything Campos do Jordão has to offer.

- We allow 2 small pets per stay, upon request. Animals are only allowed to roam outside the house.

- It is mandatory to hire the daily cleaner Tais to carry out cleaning and breakfast services during the hours of 7:30 am to 1 pm. The cost is R$120.00 per day

- We provide a complete layette with sheets, pillows, pillowcases, blankets, bath, face and pool towels and dish towels in the kitchen.

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the house's suites, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. However, there is a suite with bunk beds on the ground floor of the house.

The house has 4 suites on the upper floor and 1 small guest room on the lower floor, including: a suite with a double bed, Smart TV, space for a home office and grab bars in the bathroom, a suite with two single beds, a suite with a double bed and sofa bed, a suite with a king-size bed, trundle bed and bunk bed and a small guest room on the ground floor with a bunk bed. We have three living rooms, each with its own fireplace, as well as a piano, games table and Smart TV. Our gourmet space is indoors and has a pizza oven, barbecue, fireplace and dining table that can accommodate all guests.

In the outdoor area of ​​the house, we have a solarium decorated with lounge chairs, a round table with chairs, an umbrella, a large lawn and views of the mountains.

We have 4 uncovered parking spaces.

Guests will have access to all of the house's facilities.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

We are located in the Vila Inglesa neighborhood, which in addition to being quiet, is 1km from the center of Capivari. Furthermore, guests will have easy access to Parque Capivari and Morro do Elefante, among other tourist attractions in Campos do Jordão.

The city offers public transport services that drop off at various points throughout the city. It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber.
