Located in Condomínio Pontal Oceânico in Recreio, our house comfortably accommodates up to 7 people in 4 suites and has a swimming pool and barbecue to guarantee leisure during your stay.

Located approximately 10 minutes by car from Praia da Macumba, it is ideal for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with everything that Rio de Janeiro's beaches have to offer.

- The property has some stairs, but there is a ground floor room for those with reduced mobility.

- We accept small pets, upon request.

- The condominium has a restaurant, bars, bakeries and other shops that can help with your stay.

- We offer bed linen, bath towels and blankets.

- Our housekeeper can help with cleaning the house during your stay (prices separately, subject to availability).

Upon arriving at the location, our guests will have access to a large backyard with a swimming pool, barbecue, sun lounger, dining table and shower.

Upon entering the house, we have a living room integrated with the dining room, with a table for indoor dining and an area with a sofa, armchairs and Smart TV. We also have a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, water filter, air fryer, oven, among others as well as a 32-inch Smart TV. Still on the ground floor, we have a suite with a double bed and Smart TV.

On the second floor, the other 4 bedrooms are located: a suite with a double bed, a suite with a single bed and Smart TV, a suite with a queen bed, balcony and Smart TV, as well as an office room with space for home office.

The living room doesn't have air-conditioner, but all the suites in the house do. Plus, high-speed WI-FI works throughout the house.

We have 2 parking spaces available.

Guests will have access to the entire area of ​​the property. The condominium has a restaurant, bars, drinks storage, bakeries, salon and other shops that can help with your stay.
