Located in a gated community with complete leisure facilities and 24-hour concierge, our studio is a great option for those seeking convenience and comfort.

We are in a prime location near Rua da Consolação and the Avenida Paulista region. There are restaurants, bars and shopping malls nearby, as well as a Pão de Açúcar Minuto on the same street, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

Our studio, located in Bela Vista, accommodates up to 2 people in a queen-size bed.

In the same space, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, among others, as well as a bathroom, closet, Smart TV, and table with chairs for meals or a home office.

A balcony with a glass door and blackout curtains divides the spaces. There are some benches on it, and the place is completely enclosed by glass windows.

We also have air conditioning, electric heating, and high-speed WI-FI.

We do not have a garage, but there are parking options nearby, for an additional fee.


Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including the leisure area with swimming pool, gym, sauna and coworking space.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Bela Vista is one of the most traditional neighborhoods in the city, with impressive houses, most of which are considered historical heritage. In the region you can also find famous cantinas and prestigious restaurants.

As we are very close to Avenida Paulista, it is also possible to find several entertainment options, restaurants, bars and shops.
