- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- The condominium does not yet have a laundry room, but there are laundry facilities close to the building (charges separately).


Our studio is well decorated and is located in Vila Madalena and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for a practical stay, such as a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, water filter, among others, as well as a bathroom with gas shower, cabinets, Smart TV and space for a home. office.

The balcony is integrated into the studio, with an armchair, blackout curtains and glass windows for greater security.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.

We do not provide a garage, but there are parking options close to the site, paid separately.


Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including the leisure area with swimming pool, gym and bike rack, except for the party room.

Excellent stay. Place is very well located: Subway 50m; 24h Gym 30m; One of the best bakeries of SP in the same building's ground floor. Supermarket 30m. Great bars and restaurants in walking distance - still recommended to use taxi or uber, it is SP.
