In the common environment, we have a lobby that can be used as space for home office, toilet, kitchen and laundry

We are close to Ibirapuera Park and about 20 minutes walk from Ana Rosa and Paraíso stations.

- Access through the central door is via an electronic lock and all suites also have individual electronic locks. In addition, the property has a security system with cameras in the common areas.

- The property has 140m² with 6 suites that share a common area (kitchen, laundry room, guest bathroom and lobby).

- We provide a microfiber blanket and hairdryer.

- We do not perform cleaning during your stay. If you wish, please consult our team (prices apply).

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- ATTENTION: We have an iron and ironing board shared in the common area laundry room. It is PROHIBITED to take these items to the suites. They must only be used in the laundry room and returned to the same place.

Our 10.18m2 suite comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

The air-conditioned room features a minibar, a wardrobe, a desk with a home office chair, and a bathroom with an electric shower.

The communal kitchen is on the same floor as the suites and is shared among the 6 units. It contains all the necessary utensils for a practical stay and features individual lockers with key, where each suite has access to yours.

Next to the kitchen, we have a laundry room with lava machine and dry. And, there is also a lobby with tables and chairs.

We do not have a parking space, but guests can stop at the paid parking lot in front of the premises.

There is a steep staircase right at the entrance of the coliving, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

The Agency My Host manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality. We will be available remotely throughout the stay.
