Strategically located close to Av. Paulista and the Trianon-MASP subway, it is possible to access various points in the city or explore the conveniences of the surrounding area.

- There are no child protection screens in the studio, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety in the location.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply).

The balcony is integrated into the studio, with a table with chairs for meals or home office and a privileged view of the city. In the same environment, we have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop stove, Nespresso coffee maker, among others. It also has a bathroom with a gas shower.

We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym, bike rack and terrace. You will not have access to the party room.
