Just 200m from the Butantã subway station, it provides easy access to different parts of the city, as well as allowing you to explore nearby attractions, such as the Civil Police Museum and the Butantan Institute.

- The studio does not have child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed with glass windows, providing greater security in the environment.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (one complete set per stay. Additional changes of linen and towels can be requested upon additional contract).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (service subject to additional charge).

- The condominium offers shared laundry OMO (service paid separately).

Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed, with blackout curtains for greater comfort. The space is spacious and well distributed.

Upon entering, guests will find a kitchen equipped with essential utensils for a practical stay, including a microwave, refrigerator, cooktop stove, sandwich maker and other items. In the same space, there is an integrated living area with a sofa and Smart TV.

The balcony, separated by a glass door, has a dining table, Nespresso coffee maker and laundry area, in addition to offering a privileged view of the city. The space is enclosed with glass windows and has blinds for greater privacy.

The studio also has high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, closets and a bathroom with a gas shower.

We do not offer parking spaces, but there are nearby parking lots available for an additional fee.

Guests can enjoy the common areas of the condominium, including a gym, coworking space, playground and mini-market. However, access to the pool and bike rack is not available.
