Established in a condominium with various leisure amenities and 24-hour in person concierge, our 38m² studio comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed, in a neighborhood with a great location.

Strategically positioned 200m from the Butantã subway, it is possible to access various points in the city or explore the conveniences of the surroundings, such as the Civil Police Museum or the Butantan Institute.

- The studio does not have child protection screens, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety in the location.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply separately).

Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed with blackout curtains on the windows. The studio is quite spacious. Upon entering, guests will have access to a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, sandwich maker, among others. In the same environment we have an integrated living area, with a Smart TV and sofa.

A balcony with a glass door divides the spaces. There is a dining table, Nespresso coffee maker and service area, as well as a privileged view of the city. The balcony is closed by glass windows and shutters.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, air conditioning, closets and a bathroom with gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's facilities, such as: gym, coworking space, playground and minimarket. You will not have access to the swimming pool or bike rack.
