Situated in a condominium with a leisure area, our 37m² apartment accommodates up to 4 people in a double bed and a sofa bed.

In addition to the apartment being positioned on the top floor, allowing a view of the city from the balcony, the building is located close to Hospital Sírio Libanês and Shopping Frei Caneca.

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply separately).

Our apartment accommodates up to 4 people. Upon entering, guests will have access to the living room, with a sofa bed and Smart TV. In the same space, we have a balcony with blackout curtains and a wide view of the city as we are on the 18th floor, in addition to being integrated into the kitchen, equipped with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, oven , coffee maker among others.

In the suite, we have a double bed and Smart TV. There is a sliding door that can be closed to ensure more comfort and privacy.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fan in the suite and bathroom with gas shower.

We provide 1 parking space, covered and unmarked.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: outdoor pool, indoor and heated pool, gym, games room and coworking space. You will not have access to the party room and barbecue area.
