Located in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour in person concierge, our 25m² apartment accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

We are strategically located close to Shopping Ibirapuera, the Eucaliptos metro station (Line 5 - Lilás) and Congonhas Airport.

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply separately).

Our apartment accommodates up to 2 people. Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, equipped with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a microwave with air fryer, refrigerator, cooktop stove, Nespresso coffee maker, water filter, among others. On the balcony, we have a table for dining or a home office with chairs, as well as a wide view of the city and Congonhas Airport, as we are on the 8th floor. In the bedroom area, we have a double bed, hot and cold air conditioning, and closets.

We also provide high-speed WI-FI, a bathroom with a gas shower, and a rotating Smart TV that can be used in the kitchen, bedroom, or balcony.

We do not offer a parking space, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, directly on site) or on the street in front of the building.

Guests will have access to the condominium's facilities, such as: gym, swimming pool, coworking space, bike rack and solarium. You will not have access to the party room and barbecue area.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.
