Studio w/ balcony and leisure near Paulista subway

In a condominium with a leisure area, our 25m² studio comfortably accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed.

Strategically positioned on Rua da Consolação, close to Av. Paulista and just a few steps from Paulista station (Line 4 – Yellow), we have several conveniences around the building.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply separately).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave among others. The balcony is integrated into the studio, has a dining table and overlooks the city, in addition to being closed by glass windows and blackout blinds. Still in the bedroom area, we have a table with beanbags for a home office.

We also offer high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning and a bathroom with electric shower.

We do not have parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot.

Guests will have access to the condominium's facilities, such as: bicycle rack, gym, spa, coworking space, terrace, games room and solarium with hot tub. You will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.
