Located in a gated community with parking spaces, our house has a complete leisure area and comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.

We are 50m from Lagoinha Beach and a 7-minute drive from Maranduba, where you can find conveniences such as restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, among others.

- The house has two independent houses, the one on the upper floor being for the exclusive use of the owner.

- We allow 1 small or medium-sized pet per stay, upon request.

- We do not provide linen. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets.

The property is completely decorated with rustic furniture in the farm hotel style. We accommodate up to 10 guests in a suite with a double bed, a suite with two bunk beds and a room with two bunk beds, all with air conditioning. In the living room, guests will have a Smart TV and ceiling fan at their disposal. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as stove, microwave, water filter, refrigerator, hood, electric oven, among others. We also have a guest bathroom, a bathroom in the leisure area and a guest toilet.

In the outdoor area, we have a pizza oven, barbecue and swimming pool. The property is only the ground floor, with the upper part being for the exclusive use of the owner. They are completely independent houses, which only share the pool and the entrance gate.

We have 2 uncovered parking spaces available.

Guests will only have access to the ground floor of the property, which includes the ground floor of the house, leisure area, swimming pool and barbecue area.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

We are in a gated and secure condominium with electronic monitoring and 24-hour motorized security guards, in addition to being 50m from Lagoinha Beach. The beach is long and has fine sand, ideal for walking, sunbathing and sports such as stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking.

We have easy access to the Maranduba region (approximately 7 minutes by car), where it is possible to access various conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, among others.
