Located in the Riviera de São Lourenço condominium, in Bertioga, our 400m² house accommodates up to 16 people in 5 suites.

The house has a swimming pool and barbecue, and is just a few meters from Riviera Beach. Guests can enjoy several conveniences in the region, such as restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and others.


- We provide bed linen. We do not provide bath or pool towels.


As soon as you enter the house, guests will have access to a spacious living room with a Smart TV, sofas, a bar and a games table. In the same environment, there is also a dining room, which has a table with eight seats, which is next to a full kitchen, with utensils necessary for the stay.

The house also has 5 suites, of which: 3 with a queen bed and a bunk bed and 2 with just a queen bed each. All have air conditioning and one of them has a TV.

We offer Wi-Fi for those who need to work from home on the beach.

In the outdoor area, there is the swimming pool and barbecue area. In addition, we have a vertical freezer and a pergola with bench, tables and chairs.

Our private garage holds up to 6 cars and we provide guests with 14 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas and a beach tent.


The guest will have access to the entire area of ​​the condominium.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.


Riviera de São Lourenço is a semi-closed luxury condominium complex with vacation homes and apartments, located in the municipality of Bertioga.

The place is quiet, safe and perfect for family rest. There are 4.5 kilometers of beaten sand, which makes it perfect for practicing sports activities. Our property is a few meters from the beach, close to shopping, restaurants, bars and supermarket.


Because it is very well located, it is possible to do many things on foot or by bike.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).

- For everyone's safety, the condominium requests a facial registration next to the concierge to be able to access the building. Meu Anfitrião staff will guide guests through every step.

- No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- Visits are not allowed.

- Pets prohibited.

- Smoking only in outdoor areas.

- We provide bedding. We do not provide bath or pool towels.

- We offer 14 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas and 1 beach tent.

- A security deposit of R$ 2.500,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.

A casa é exatamente como as fotos , todos os quartos e banheiros são grandes , limpos, roupas de cama limpas . Muito bem estruturada, super equipada! Sala e cozinha grandes , espaço de lazer também , perfeita para grupos ! Os quartos ficam isolados da sala então ficam bem silenciosos! A casa é incrível , adoramos a estadia e com certeza voltaremos!
