It is located in a privileged location close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena terminal, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

The studio's atmosphere is open-concept and sleeps up to 2 people in a double bed.

In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for a practical stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office and SMART TV.

A balcony with glass door paralysing the spaces. On site there is a table with chairs and sofa to enjoy the external environment.

For a more cozy atmosphere, we have blackout curtain in the apartment division for the balcony.

We also have air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.


We do not provide garage, but it is possible for the car in the street in front of the building or in paid parking near the site.

- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from according to condominium rules.

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- No smoking in the apartment.

- Visits are prohibited.

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: swimming pool, gym and market. You will not be able to use the party room.


- The condominium has a shared laundry (values ​​separately).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).

- We don't have spaces in the garage. However, you can park your vehicle on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot.

- A security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.

Ótimo Airbnb para curtir a cidade de forma tranquila. Estava tudo limpinho e aconchegante. Além de ter bons restaurantes e bares por perto e até mesmo alguns pontos turísticos.

Limpeza, modernidade e conforto. O prédio tem Mini mercado que facilita bastante a estadia para quem chega tarde da noite.
