We are 1km from Av. Paulista and 300m from Oscar Freire station (Line 2 - Yellow), making it an ideal combination for those who want to get to know the city while working, in addition to allowing easy movement around the city.

- There are no child protection screens, but the balcony has a guardrail to offer greater security to the place.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (prices separately, instructions directly on site).

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the condominium entrance, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, among others. The balcony is closed off by glass doors and blackout curtains, and has a lounge chair and views of the city.

We also have a bathroom with a gas shower, Smart TV, air conditioning, an oil-fired electric heater, and high-speed WIFI.

We do not have parking spaces available, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot.
