It is located in a privileged location close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena terminal, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

The studio's atmosphere is open-concept and sleeps up to 2 people in a double bed.

In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for a practical stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office, SMART TV and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, but it is necessary to bring the capsules themselves. It is possible to buy them at the convenience store of the condominium that is on the ground floor within the coworking.

For a more cozy atmosphere, we have blackout curtain in the apartment division for the balcony.

For hotter days, we have air conditioning, as well as high-speed WI-FI.

We do not provide garage, but it is possible for the car in the street in front of the building or in paid parking near the site.

- The guest will have access to the leisure facilities of the condominium such as: swimming pool, gym and market. You will not be able to use the ballroom.

- The condominium has a shared laundry (values ​​separately).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).

- We don't have spaces in the garage. However, you can park your vehicle on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot.

- A security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.

O apartamento é ótimo, bem equipado e numa excelente localização. Decoração muito aconchegante e limpeza impecável. Tem ar condicionado, cama confortável e cortina blackout que fazem a diferença para descansar bem. A varanda é gostosa com vista arborizada do bairro. Host muito reativo, ajudou na reserva e checkin mesmo sendo tarde a noite. Voltarei com certeza!
