The studio environment is open concept and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

In the same environment, we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for the stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office and TV. A balcony with a glass door and blackout curtains separates the spaces. There is a small table with armchairs to enjoy the outdoor environment.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI, a bathroom with an electric shower and a hairdryer.

We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park your car on the street in front of the building or park in a nearby parking lot.


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and market. You will not be able to use the party room.

Foi ótima a estadia. Tudo limpo e organizado. A única observação é que seria bom avisar sobre a porta de vidro do quarto que fecha por dentro e não abre por fora, apesar de ter um adesivo explicando, só vimos quando estavamos do lado de fora.
