Modern studio with Smart TV near the subway

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors.

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security to the place.

- The standard voltage of the apartment is 110V. There is only one 220V outlet available in the bathroom, recommended for using the studio's hair dryer.

- The air conditioning in this unit has hot and cold air. To keep the room warm in the winter, simply adjust the mode to heat on the control and increase the temperature. The transition from cold to hot may take a few moments.

- Guests will have access to the condominium facilities, such as the pool, gym, playground, playroom and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room and barbecue area.

- The condominium offers a shared laundry room (OMO) (charges apply).

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be contracted separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- We do not provide parking spaces. You can park in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. It will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
