Our apartment is 60m² and can accommodate up to 2 people in a queen-size bed. It is also located in a family condominium with a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

We are located opposite Alvorada Beach and close to several shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Ideal for those looking for leisure, comfort and being close to concert venues such as Rock in Rio

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).

- ATTENTION: Children under 10 years of age are not allowed to stay.

- There are no child safety screens on the apartment balcony.

- The condominium offers cleaning services every monday, which is included in the price of your stay. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please let us know. This is a complete cleaning service as a courtesy, but the bed linens will not be changed.

Upon entering the apartment, guests will have access to the living room, which has a sofa, armchair, Smart TV, ceiling fan and Nespresso coffee maker. Next door, there is a balcony, which connects the living room to the bedroom and has a privileged view of the sea. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a stove, refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood and table with chairs for meals or a home office, as well as a counter with stools that is integrated into the living room. The service area is integrated into the kitchen and has a washing machine and clothesline.

We also have air conditioning in the bedroom, closets with hangers, retractable luggage rack, bedside table with sockets, WI-FI and a bathroom with a gas shower.

We provide two free uncovered parking spaces within the condominium. It is possible to replace one of the spaces with a covered space (prices separately, upon request).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, sauna, restaurant, beauty salon, games room, playground, Pilates room and bike rack. They will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

Barra da Tijuca is a neighborhood located in the western zone of Rio de Janeiro, known for its white sand beaches and clear waters, and is one of the most modern and planned neighborhoods in the city. The neighborhood is also famous for its shopping malls, which offer a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment. For those who enjoy nature, the region is home to the Barra da Tijuca Municipal Natural Park and the Marapendi Reserve, where you can go hiking and observe the local fauna and flora.

We are a 5-minute drive from Olegário Maciel, where there are numerous options for restaurants, bars and nightclubs; We are a 10-minute drive from Barrashoping and Village mall. There is a bus station/stop in front of the building and if you need to call a taxi, the reception can contact them.

Because we are located right on the beach, it is easy to get around the area on foot or by car. You can also use transportation apps, such as Uber.
