The studio accommodates up to 2 people in a 27m² space with a double bed. We are in a gated community with 24-hour doorman and a complete leisure area.

We are located on Rua Augusta, one of the best-known streets in the city, full of renowned bars and restaurants. We are close to Avenida Paulista, where you can find museums, galleries and shopping malls, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio has glass windows to ensure greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for their stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, among others.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, air conditioning, electric oil heater and bathroom with gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym, beach tennis court and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

In addition, the condominium is close to Paulista Avenue, one of the most famous tourist centers in São Paulo, where you can find several attractions such as Casa das Rosas and Instituto Moreira Salles.

We are approximately 1.2km from the Consolação subway station (Line 2 - Green), making it possible to get around the city easily using public transport. It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber.
