Located in a gated community with a leisure area and 24-hour concierge, our 23m² studio accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed.

The building is strategically located, close to the Campo Belo subway station and Ibirapuera Shopping Mall, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- The studio does not have child safety screens, but the balcony has handrails, ensuring greater safety for the place.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (charges apply).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, blender, electric coffee maker, water filter, sandwich maker, among others. A balcony with a view of the city, blinds and glass windows divide the spaces.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, a table with chairs for dining or home office, hot and cold air conditioning and a bathroom with an electric shower.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym, swimming pool, mini-market and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room.
