House with pool in condo and leisure by the sea

Our house accommodates up to 7 people in three suites, two suites with 1 queen bed each and one suite with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed.

We are located within a residential condominium on the seafront in the southern part of the island with complete leisure infrastructure.

- We provide a complete set of pillows, sheets, blankets and bath and face towels. A roll of toilet paper will be provided per bathroom.

- You will need to climb some stairs to access the house and suites, and are not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- According to condominium rules, access to the pool costs R$100.00/day per person (day use).
To use the pool on Saturday or Sunday, guests must reserve and pay directly with the condominium administrator by Friday.

- We provide 5 beach chairs.

Upon arrival at the house, guests will have access to the pool, which has a privileged view of the sea on the south coast of the island, sun loungers and parasols. Next to it, we have the gourmet area with barbecue, pizza oven, refrigerator and counter with stools.

Entering the house, we have the integrated living and dining room, which have sofas, armchairs, rocking chairs and tables with chairs. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, extractor hood, oven, microwave, among others. We also have a toilet and a balcony with a tree-lined view, tables and chairs.

We also have a gas shower, blinds and air conditioning in all suites, with the master suite having hot and cold air conditioning. We also have Smart TVs in two suites and in the living room, as well as high-speed WI-FI throughout the house and a washing machine.

We have 1 uncovered parking space available in the courtyard in front of the outbuilding next to the house.

Guests will have free access to all areas of the condominium, which includes security cameras, 24-hour concierge, swimming pool, swimming and diving area, beachside bar, sports courts, fishing spots and decks with sea views. Guests will not be able to use the condominium's private marina or jet ski.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

The Port of São Pedro has calm, clear waters. Since there is no infrastructure on site, visitors need to bring their own food if they decide to spend the whole day at the Port of São Pedro. The south side of Ilhabela is full of beautiful beaches and waterfalls.

It is possible to drive to more distant beaches, both in the north and south. We are 20 minutes from the ferry.
