It is located in a privileged location close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena terminal, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.


The condominium has self-service laundry OMO (values apart).


The studio's atmosphere is open-concept and sleeps up to 2 people in a double bed.

In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for a practical stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office and SMART TV. A balcony with glass door paralysing the spaces. On site, there is a table with dining chairs, a sofa bed and another desk. We also have air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.

The condominium also has a gym and rooftop pool.

We do not offer a garage, but it is possible to stop the car in the street in front of the building.


Guests have free access to the entire condo except the ballroom.


The Agency My Host manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required


- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- No pets.

- No smoking in the apartment.

- Visits are prohibited.

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.

- The guest will have access to the leisure facilities of the condominium such as: swimming pool, gym and market. You will not be able to use the ballroom.

- The condominium has OMO self-service laundry. Guests must withdraw tokens and make payment directly at the concierge (pix or cash only). Each sheet costs R$5, totaling R$10 for washing and drying. More instructions for use directly at the laundry located at 0.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).

- We don't have spaces in the garage. However, you can park your vehicle on the street in front of the building.

- A security deposit is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
