The apartment accommodates up to 3 people in a 26m² space with a double bed and a sofa with a pull-out bed. We are in a gated community with 24-hour concierge and a complete leisure area.

We are next to the Sírio-Libanês Hospital, close to the Frei Caneca Shopping Mall and 1km from the Higienópolis-Mackenzie subway station (Line 4 – Yellow), making it the ideal combination of leisure and convenience.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are child safety screens on the apartment balcony.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply). The laundry service and delivery of clothes to guests may take up to 3 business days.

- There is construction work on another building near the building. On weekdays, noise levels of up to 85 dB may occur from 7 am to 7 pm, while noise levels of up to 59 dB may occur from 7 pm to 7 am. On weekends and holidays, noise levels of up to 85 dB may occur from 8 am to 2 pm, while noise levels of up to 59 dB may occur from 2 pm to 8 am.

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the condominium's leisure facilities, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon entering the apartment, guests will have access to the living room, which has a sofa with a pull-out bed and a Smart TV. Next door, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, electric coffee maker, water filter, among other amenities. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a hair dryer, iron, and a bathroom with a gas shower.

We provide 1 unmarked parking space with valet parking. You must send the following information about your vehicle in advance to our team: color, year, model and license plate.

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool and gym. They will not have access to the party room.
