The studio has a space of 29m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. We are in a gated community with 24-hour concierge and a leisure area.

We are 550m from the Ana Rosa subway station (Line 1 – Blue and Line 2 – Green) and several attractions in the region, such as Ibirapuera Park, Aclimação Park and Pátio Paulista Shopping Mall.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for their stay, such as a cooktop stove, minibar, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, blender, electric kettle and coffee maker, among others.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, air conditioning, electric oil heater, hair dryer, steamer and bathroom with gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym, mini-market and coworking space. They will not have access to the condominium's other leisure facilities.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

Vila Mariana is one of the most traditional neighborhoods in the southern region of São Paulo. We are close to several restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, pharmacies, among others, as well as Ibirapuera Park and ESPM college.
