Our studio is 24m² and can accommodate up to 2 people in a space with a double bed. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman and a leisure area.

The region offers cultural attractions such as the Instituto Moreira Salles and Casa das Rosas, ensuring a complete art and culture experience.
