- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand for signing the seasonal rental agreement and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE or passport).
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- No visits are allowed.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- We do not provide bed linen, bath towels or blankets. If you wish, there is an extra cost of R$40 per person.
- Our house is on two levels and has stairs, therefore it is not accessible.
- There are no child safety screens.
- A security deposit is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation. This may influence the final price.
