Located in the Refúgio dos Macacos condominium in Trancoso, our house has 340m² and is on a plot of approximately 1,300m². It can accommodate up to 17 people in 3 suites and 3 studios (bedroom, living room and open-plan kitchen).

We are just a 13-minute drive from Praia dos Nativos, one of the main beaches in Trancoso, and close to Quadrado. To make your leisure time even more complete, our house has a green area, swimming pool and gourmet area.

- A trusted maid is included in the price of your stay to assist with cleaning and tidying up during your stay. She is available from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm (with a 1-hour break), and on Saturdays until 12pm. She does not provide services on sundays or holidays. The maid does not wash guests' clothes, prepare meals or clean the kitchen and gourmet area. You can hire these services separately, and the negotiation and payment for these services are made directly with the maid.

- A trusted pool attendant is included in the price of your stay to keep the pool clean.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, pool towels and blankets.

- We allow small pets, upon request and payment of additional fees.

- The house is on the ground floor, therefore, it is accessible to all groups of people.

Casa Recanto da Preguiça is located in a gated community with a few houses in the middle of a well-preserved native forest in Trancoso.

Upon entering the house, guests will find an integrated space with a TV room, a dining room with tables and chairs for meals and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for their stay.

It has 6 suites, 3 of which are studios with one bedroom, living room and open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, etc.), prepared to comfortably accommodate up to 17 guests. All rooms have air conditioning.

Room configurations:
- 2 suites: 1 queen bed and 1 single bed (can be configured with 3 single beds)
- 1 suite: with 1 queen bed (can be configured with 2 single beds)
- 3 studios: living room, open-plan kitchen, bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed (can be configured with 3 single beds)
- We also have a crib for babies weighing up to 15 kg.

Outside, we have a green area, swimming pool, sun loungers, gourmet area with barbecue and table with chairs for guests to enjoy.

We have 8 parking spaces in total, 2 covered and 6 uncovered, all within the property.

We have WI-FI for those who need to work from home.

The guest will have access to the entire property.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.

The house is in a condominium with preserved Atlantic forest and offer a unique opportunity to walk among the trees, breathe a lot of fresh air to the sound of animals, especially the various species of birds.

We are located just 2.6 km (10 minutes by car) from the famous Quadrado, with restaurants, shops, a viewpoint and the famous São João Batista church. Our house is also 3.2 km from Praia dos Nativos (13 minutes by car).
