Studio with cozy balcony near the subway

The studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed in a spacious 31m² space. We are located in a gated community with 24-hour doorman and a complete leisure area.

We are close to the Vila Madalena subway station (Line 2 – Green), as well as attractions such as Beco do Batman and Praça Pôr do Sol. We have several shops in the area, such as the De Lá do Pão bakery in front of the building.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- The studio has child safety screens and glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared Wash & Go laundry service (charges apply, instructions are available directly on site).

- ATTENTION: The pool is closed and is not available for use. It is expected to reopen on January 2, 2025.

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, oven, hood, blender, sandwich maker, Nespresso coffee maker, among others. There is a rotating panel with a TV that closes off the bedroom, ensuring greater privacy.

A balcony with a glass door divides the spaces. It has a table with chairs for dining, a Smart TV, blackout blinds, and a futon with a cushion in the corner of the balcony to relax while enjoying the view of the city.

We also have an iron, hot and cold air conditioning, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hair dryer, as well as a smoke detector, ensuring greater security for the studio.

We do not provide parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot or on the street in front of the building.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: heated indoor pool, solarium, gym and mini-market, 24 hours a day. They will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
