Comfort and city views next to the subway

The studio has a space of approximately 20m² and accommodates up to 2 people in two single beds. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman and a complete leisure area.

We are next to the Alto do Ipiranga subway station (Line 2 – Green), close to the São Paulo Aquarium and Av. Nazaré, which has several shops and attractions such as the Ipiranga Museum and Parque Independência.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is closed off by windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, water filter, among others.

We also have blackout curtains, side tables for meals or home office, iron, hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.

We do not have parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot or on the street in front of the building.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue areas and party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
