Apartment with garage 500m from Enseada Beach

The apartment is 90m² and can accommodate up to 5 people in one bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed and another bedroom with a double bed. It is also located in a gated community with a leisure area.

We are approximately 500m from Enseada Beach, close to several shops, restaurants and bars in the area.

- ATTENTION: Check-in and check-out are permitted from 8am to 5pm every day of the week, except Wednesdays. Check-in and check-out are not permitted outside these hours, as the reception desk will be closed and the reception desk is also closed on Wednesdays.

- ATTENTION: We do not provide linens. We can provide bed linen for both bedrooms and bath towels for a fee of R$150.00.

- We allow small pets for a fee of R$150.00 per animal (upon request).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

Upon entering the apartment, guests will have access to the living room, which has sofas, a table with chairs for dining and a station for preparing drinks, as well as a balcony with a view of the street.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, water filter, among others. Next door, there is a service area with a washer and dryer, clothesline and laundry sink.

We also have Smart TVs in the bedrooms, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, a ceiling fan in the dining room, an iron, a hair dryer, high-speed WI-FI and a bathroom with an electric shower.

We provide a covered and unmarked parking space within the condominium.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the TV room and ping-pong table. They will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

We are close to several attractions such as Acqua Mundo, the largest aquarium in Latin America, as well as ecological trails, viewpoints with panoramic views and excellent infrastructure for water sports. We also have several restaurants, bars and markets in the region.

Because we are close to the beach, it is possible to easily get around the area on foot or by car. It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber.
