We accommodate up to 4 people in a king bed and two single beds in a chalet measuring approximately 120m², in addition to being located on a property with a leisure area.

We are located approximately 1.5km from Trancoso Beach and close to several shops, restaurants and bars in the region.


- Bed linen, bath towels and blankets are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

- You will need to climb some stairs to access the room, and it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- We have some security cameras in the parking lot, garden and pool areas. We do not have cameras in the private or internal areas of the house.

- We allow small pets, upon payment of a fee of R$100.00 per animal (upon consultation).


Upon arrival, guests will have access to the chalet's private garden, which has tables and chairs. The chalet has balconies with hammocks on the lower and upper floors. The living room has sofas and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils for your stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, Italian coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, among others.

We also have a portable charcoal barbecue, air conditioning in the bedroom, hair dryer, iron and bathroom with electric shower.

We provide a free uncovered parking space inside the house.


Guests will have access to the entire property area, including the shared pool and garden.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

Casa Sauá is located in Trancoso and has a tree-lined garden with a swimming pool, ensuring great comfort and leisure.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors are allowed.

- We allow small pets, upon payment of a fee of R$100.00 per animal (upon consultation).

- Smoking is prohibited.

- The property does not have a backup power generator, therefore, if there is a power failure from the local supplier, it is necessary to wait for the services to return.

- The apartment's standard voltage is 220V. There are no 110V sockets.
