The duplex environment is open concept and accommodates up to 2 people comfortably in a queen bed.

Upon entering, we have a TV room with a sofa, a dining table and a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay. On the second floor is the suite with closet, queen bed and Smart TV.

We do not have a garage, but you can park your car in the parking lot in front of the building.


Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, such as the OMO shared laundry room and bike rack on the ground floor, swimming pool and gym with beautiful views of the city on the roof and the gourmet area. The use of the condominium's barbecue is not permitted.


The Agency My Host manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.

Apartamento ótimo... tudo moderno e de bom gosto. Faço dois apontamentos quais sejam: Dificuldade para encontrar estacionamento pois o estacionamento que fica em frente fecha durante os finais de semana; não obtive êxito em ligar o ar condicionado.
