In a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour concierge, our 25m² studio comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

Strategically located on Rua da Consolação, close to Av. Paulista and just a few steps from Paulista station (Line 4 – Yellow), we have several conveniences in the surroundings of the building.


- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).


Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, air fryer, electric kettle, thermos with strainer, among others. The balcony has a view of the city and curtains.

We also have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).


Guests will have access to the condominium facilities, such as: bike rack, gym, spa, coworking space, terrace, games room and solarium with hot tub. They will not have access to the party room.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
