Spacious loft with TV near Santa Cecília subway

We have a 52m² loft space that accommodates up to 4 people in a double bed, a sofa bed and a futon.

We are 600m from the Santa Cecília subway (Line 3 – Red) and the Pátio Higienópolis Shopping Mall, offering a combination of leisure and convenience.

- You will need to climb some stairs to access the loft, and it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you would like additional cleaning services during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- The property does not have a shared laundry room. There is a self-service laundry room in front of the property, as well as other laundries on the same street (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Guests will have access to the living room as soon as they enter, which has a Smart TV, armchair and side table. Next to it, there is a workstation with a table and chair. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a stove, oven, minibar, microwave, blender, among others, as well as a table with chairs for meals. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and wardrobe.

We also offer high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

The guest will have access to the loft's facilities, not being allowed to pass through the gate with protective screen at the back of the property or climb the stairs to the other lofts.
