Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed and has a space of 24m². The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.
We are next to Largo da Batata and Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, which houses a business center together with Av. Rebouças, as well as several restaurants, bars and shops in the region.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).
Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, mini wine cellar, among others. The balcony has a view of the city and blackout curtains.
We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, steamer and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.
We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including the leisure area with swimming pool, coworking space, bike rack and gym. They will not have access to the party room.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
The building is in a prime location between the business centers of Faria Lima and Rebouças. Nearby, you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, bakeries, gyms, hospitals, pharmacies, shops and shopping malls.
We are next to the Faria Lima subway station (Line 4 - Yellow), making it easy to get around the city using public transport. You can also use transport apps, such as Uber.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
