Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed, in a space of 22m². We are in a condominium with a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

We are one block from the Adolfo Pinheiro subway station (Line 5 - Lilac) and in front of the Santo Amaro University, combining convenience and practicality in one place.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, hood, Nespresso Vertuo POP coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, air fryer, among others.

A balcony with a glass door divides the spaces. Since we are on the 23rd floor, we have a wide view of the city. In the same space, we have a table with chairs for meals and a sink, as well as glass windows and blinds.

We also have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.

We do not have parking spaces available, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure area facilities, such as: outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, sauna, massage room, games room, gym, solarium and coworking space. They will not be able to use the party room and barbecue area.
