We can accommodate up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed, in a space of 27m². The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

We are just a few meters from the Hospital da Santa Casa and Sesc Consolação, in addition to being close to Avenida Ipiranga and Rua da Consolação, making it the ideal combination of practicality and leisure.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is closed off by windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry service open 24 hours a day (charges apply).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the living room, which has a table and chairs for dining or a home office. The kitchen has a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker and electric kettle, blender, among other utensils necessary for the stay.

We also have a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, steamer and bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including the coworking space, garden with vegetable patch and bike rack. All of these facilities are open 24 hours a day. NOTE: The coworking space can only be used by guests booking 15 or more nights. Guests will not have access to the leisure facilities on the 16th floor.

The region has several leisure options and amenities such as shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, colleges and many cultural attractions such as theaters, museums and galleries.

We are approximately 500m from the República subway (Line 3 - Red) and 750m from the Higienópolis-Mackenzie subway (Line 4 - Yellow), making it easy to get around the city using public transportation. It is also possible to use transportation apps, such as Uber.
