The studio accommodates up to 3 people in a queen-size bed and an extra single bed. We are located in a gated community with a leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

We are in a prime location in Pinheiros, next to Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue and Largo da Batata, as well as local businesses, such as the Pinheiros Municipal Market.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, among others. The balcony has a glass door with blackout curtains and a privileged view of Faria Lima.

We also have a table with chairs and bench for meals or a home office, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not have parking spaces available, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, 24-hour coworking space and 24-hour gym. They will not be able to use the party room.
