Comfortable studio with leisure on Liberdade Av.

Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed, with a space of 26m². We are in a condominium with a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

We are located on Avenida da Liberdade, the most important cultural point of the Japanese community, in addition to other attractions and conveniences such as the Renault Theater and the Álvares Penteado School of Commerce Foundation.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle, among others. The balcony is integrated into the studio and has a table with chairs for dining or a home office, blinds and a view of the city.

We also have air conditioning, iron, wardrobe, high-speed WI-FI and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: rooftop pool, coworking space, gym and bike rack. They will not be able to use the party room and barbecue area.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

The Liberdade neighborhood is known for its strong Asian cultural influence. The streets are decorated with traditional lanterns and are lined with shops, markets and restaurants. The neighborhood hosts traditional events such as Chinese New Year and the Star Festival (Tanabata Matsuri), as well as the Renault Theater and tourist attractions such as the Japanese Immigration History Museum and the Busshinji Temple.

We are 300m from the Japan - Liberdade subway station (Line 1 - Blue), making it easy to get around the city using public transport. You can also use transport apps, such as Uber.
