Studio Republic comfortably accommodates up to 3 people: 2 people in a double bed and 1 person in a sofa bed.

Upon entering the studio, on the left, you can find a full kitchen with all utensils and appliances needed for your stay: stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, glasses, cutlery, bowls, pans and much more.

The kitchen is open and has a counter with two drumsticks for the living room. The place has a rotating TV where it is possible to focus it on both the bedroom and the living room. From the living room, you can access a large and pleasant balcony.

In the bedroom area, there is a desk with a chair for those who need to do a home office. We also offer high speed WI-FI and air conditioning.

The condominium has a bicycle rack, reception, modern gym, 24h market and swimming pool overlooking the city. We do not offer a parking space.

Our property is located about 100m from the República subway (yellow and red lines), close to the traditional Edifício Itália. In addition, in the region there are several leisure options and amenities such as shopping malls, stores, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, colleges and many cultural attractions such as theaters, museums and galleries.

We are located close to the República subway, making it possible to easily travel to different parts of the city. It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber.
