- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

The studio has an open concept, measures 27m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. In the same space, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, bathroom, closet, table with chairs, Smart TV.

A balcony with a glass door separates the spaces. There is a table with a chair for work and another table with two chairs for the guest's use.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.

The condominium also has a gym and swimming pool on the 10th floor.

We do not provide a garage. However, it is possible to park in a nearby car park, 300m from the site (not open on weekends), in a car park 600m away (open every day of the week, from 6am to 11pm) or on Rua Paulistânia, which is extensive. and possible to park on weekends. We are on the 9th floor with panoramic views of the city and close to the leisure area with gym and swimming pool on the 10th floor.

Our studio is in a corner on the 9th floor, with no close neighbors.
