Our 30m2 studio accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed, making it a great option for those looking for space, comfort and a privileged location.

We are located on Rua Oscar Freire, a prime area of ​​São Paulo, close to Avenida Rebouças, a restaurant, shops, malls and parks, making it ideal for those who want to know more about the city while working.


- It does not have accessibility, since you have to climb a flight of stairs to access the bed.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and microfiber blankets.

- There are no child protection screens in the studio.

- Visitors are not allowed.


Our studio is spacious, well decorated and cozy. It has an open concept and accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed.

Upon entering, the guest will have access to a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, including induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender and coffee maker and sandwich maker.

Going up the stairs we have a mezzanine with a double bed, in front we have a living room with Smart TV, dining table for 2 people and a home office desk. We also have a closet, air conditioning (hot and cold) and high-speed WI-FI.

For a more cozy atmosphere, we have a blackout curtain in the apartment's division towards the balcony. On the balcony we have a table with two chairs to enjoy the external environment.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby location.


Guests will have access to the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, OMO laundry, except the party room.

- We do not provide a parking space. You can park your car in a nearby parking lot at JP Park, located at Rua Galeno de Almeida, 148. (Daily rate: R$60)

- A security deposit of R$1000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
