We are in a privileged location close to Avenida Paulista, the city center, parks, museums, galleries and shopping malls, making it ideal for those who want to discover more of the city while working.


- The condominium concierge works 24 hours a day.

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.

- The condominium has a shared laundry (values ​​separately), but the apartment already has one for use.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).


The apartment environment is well decorated, spacious and cozy. Upon entering, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay with a refrigerator, microwave, blender, oven, cooktop, extractor fan, water filter and a bench with two stools.

In this same environment, we have a washing machine for the convenience of our guests.

The space has an open concept and is integrated with the living room, which has a sofa, Smart TV, dining table and a space with a desk for a home office.

We also have a suite that accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed with blackout curtain.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning in the bedroom and living room and high-speed WI-FI.

The condominium also has a gym, sauna, heated indoor and outdoor pool. In addition, it has a 24-hour market, coworking space and laundry.

We do not have a garage, but there are parking options close to the site, paid separately.


Guests will have free access to the entire condominium.

Estuvimos 6 días. Muy buena experiencia. Lo bueno: * edificio nuevo con un excelente coworking, piscina, sauna etc * buena ubicación, cerca del shopping, restaurantes etc * cama muy comoda, buena tv, buen wifi, buenos muebles, excelente baño, ducha etc * buena comunicación con el anfitrión, tuvimos que comprar algo para el baño y nos reembolsaron * fácil entrada via código * está en el piso 19, casi no se escucha el ruido de la calle * es el último depto del piso, en la habitación no se escucha el vecino de al lado.. pero si al de arriba * lavarropas muy bueno (no tiene secarropas pero puedes colgarlo) * aspiradora Qué puede mejorar: * había solo 1 vaso y 2 tazas Debes considerar: * la cama es twin (140 cm) .. estuvo ok para nosotros pero depende de cada persona

We had a great stay for two weeks! The apartment building is a little confusing to get into so when you get inside, talk to the Concierge so they provide you access. Everything operates off face recognition (gym, pools, going in and out) so they might have to talk a photo of you. The area is fantastic! It is close to a mall, grocery stores, and great restaurants. The apartment was great too. The kitchen is well stocked with a water filter, comfy bed, lots of seating, great wifi (took Zoom calls with no issues) and a great view. The gym and pools are on the 6th floor and trash is on the 1st around the corner. There is also a co-working space and market on the ground floor (0). Overall, we’d definitely recommend the apartment!

We stayed two weeks in the apartment and everything was good. We enjoyed the co-working place and the gym a lot. Everything was clean and well organised. The apartment was nice ,but we would recommend to equip the kitchen better for longer stays. We would rebook again if we come back to SP.
