Located 600m from Praia de Maresias, our 220m² house comfortably accommodates up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites. It has a large garden, deck with loungers, cozy terrace, barbecue and views of the sea.

- Our housekeeper provides cook services and can help with cleaning the house during the stay (amounts separate, subject to availability).

- We offer bed linen, pillows and bath towels. We do not offer blankets and beach towels, guests must bring them.

- We provide 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

Our house accommodates up to 7 people in 1 suite with a queen bed, 1 suite with three single beds where you can join two of them to make a king bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds with an adjoining bathroom.

It has an open concept living room with a practical kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, stove, water filter and Italian model coffee maker.

Guests will also have access to a spacious and very comfortable deck, with a hammock, a lounger and a view of the sea. They can also enjoy the barbecue area and garden.

We have WI-FI for guests who want to work from home on the beach.
