The house accommodates up to 4 people in two suites, one suite with a double bed on the upper floor and one suite with two single beds on the lower floor.

We are located within a residential condominium with 24-hour concierge and leisure facilities, 20 meters from the beach, in one of the most sought-after areas of Juquehy, which has surfing spots, beach tennis, among others.

- The condominium provides 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, which are placed in the morning and removed in the late afternoon.

Upon arrival at the house, guests will have access to the living room, which has a sofa and dining table with chairs. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, among others, as well as a laundry area next door with a sink. We have a mezzanine with a sofa bed on the upper floor.

We also have an electric shower in the bathrooms, high-speed WI-FI, air conditioning in all suites and in the living room, as well as a Smart TV in the living room.

We provide 1 uncovered and unmarked parking space.

Guests will have free access to all areas of the condominium, which includes a swimming pool and sauna. They will not have access to the barbecue area.
