The studio environment is open concept and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

In the same environment we have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, microwave, water filter, cooktop stove, among others. It also has a bathroom, closet, shoe rack, desk for home office, dining table, sofa and Smart TV.

We also have cold and hot air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.

We do not have a garage, but you can park your car on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

- No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
