Located in a gated community with parking, our house comfortably accommodates up to 14 people and offers a swimming pool and barbecue.

We are just a 10-minute drive from Boracéia Beach.

- We provide extra mattresses for up to 3 additional guests, upon request and for an additional fee.

- We do not provide linens. Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets.

- We accept one small or medium-sized pet per stay, upon prior consultation.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the living room, equipped with a Smart TV and fan. Next, there is the kitchen, which has essential utensils for a practical stay, including a refrigerator, cooktop stove, plates, cutlery and other items, as well as a dining table with chairs.

The house has 4 bedrooms: a suite with a double bed; a suite with a double bed and bunk bed; two bedrooms, each with a bunk bed and a single bed with a trundle bed.

In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy the barbecue, table and counter for meals with chairs, water filter, refrigerator, stove, microwave and the pool.

We have 4 uncovered parking spaces available.

Guests can enjoy all the facilities in the house and the common areas of the condominium.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency is responsible for managing this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including the manual, house rules and suggestions for leisure activities in the region.

The condominium has restaurants, pharmacies and several shopping and convenience options. We are close to the beaches of Itaguá and Boracéia, as well as the mouth of the Guaratuba River, a beautiful spot where the river meets the sea.

The house is located 3.7 km from the gate of the condominium (approximately 10 minutes by car). To access the beach, you must park near the gate inside the condominium and walk to the sand.
