Situated in a gated community with parking spaces, our house comfortably accommodates up to 14 people and has a swimming pool and barbecue area.

We are a 10-minute drive from Praia da Boracéia.

- We have mattresses that can accommodate up to 3 additional guests (upon request, prices separately).

- We do not provide linen. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets.

- We allow 1 small or medium-sized pet per stay, upon request.

Upon entering, guests will have access to the living room, which has a Smart TV and fan. Next, we have the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop, dishes, cutlery, among others, as well as a dining table with chairs. We have 4 bedrooms, one suite with a double bed, one suite with a double bed and a bunk bed and two rooms with a bunk bed and a single bed with a bunk bed in each.

In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, table and bench for meals with chairs, water filter, refrigerator, stove, microwave and the swimming pool.

We have 4 uncovered parking spaces available.

Guests will have access to the areas of the house and condominium.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

The condominium has restaurants, pharmacies and other shops and conveniences. We are close to the beaches of Itaguá and Boracéia, as well as the Foz do Rio Guaratuba, where it is possible to contemplate the meeting between the river and the sea in one place.

The house is located 3.7km from the entrance (10 minutes by car), making it necessary to park the car close to the entrance inside the condominium and cross to the beach on foot.
