Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. We have remote concierge and security cameras in the house.

We are close to several points in the region, such as São Paulo Expo, Congonhas Airport, Chuvisco Park, LATAM Academy, Berrini Avenue, São Judas Tadeu Sanctuary, São Paulo Botanical Garden and Zoo, American Consulate, Conceição and Jabaquara subways (Line 1 - Blue), Expo Transamérica, Mônica Park, Brazilian Coaching Institute IBC and business centers.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay).

- The property has a shared laundry room that is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (charges apply). You will need to go down some stairs to access it.

- We provide an iron, ironing board and hair dryer at no extra cost. To use them, you must confirm availability directly with the laundry room.

- The iron and ironing board can only be used in the laundry room; it is forbidden to take them to the studio.

- You can use the hair dryer from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. You must check availability with our team and pick up the device from the staff member on site. After use, return it immediately so that other guests can use it.

- The property has 16 security cameras spread throughout the common areas. We do not have any cameras in private areas such as the studios.

- It is necessary to go up and down some stairs to access the studio, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, among others.

We also provide a Smart TV, wardrobe, counter with chairs for dining or home office, curtains, and a bathroom with a gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces. You can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

Our studio has a space of 20m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. We are in a condominium with a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

We are next to the Alto do Ipiranga subway station (Line 2 – Green), close to the São Paulo Aquarium and Nazaré Avenue, which has several shops and attractions such as the Ipiranga Museum and Parque Independência.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is closed off by windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).

- The studio has air conditioning but the device does not work, so it is not mentioned in the filters and ad texts.

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, blender, extractor hood, among others. We also have a bench with a backrest, a table for dining or home office, and a rotating Smart TV that can be used as a bench or bed.

We also have blackout blinds, a bathroom with a gas shower, a steamer, and a hair dryer.

We do not have parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot or on the street in front of the building.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue areas and party room. It will be necessary to register their face to access the leisure facilities. The face registration is done only once for the entire stay and can be done from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
